Solution

Crazy Aaron’s engaged Griffin Financial Group as its exclusive financial advisor to evaluate strategic alternatives and run a targeted sale process. Crazy Aaron’s ultimately chose to partner with Goliath International (“Goliath”), a family-owned global toys and games company headquartered in the Netherlands.
