Through our unique platform, we also have the ability to assist our clients in accessing alternative sources of capital, including capital from the private equity, hedge fund, insurance, reinsurance and structured finance brackets.

Our group is well-positioned to execute share repurchases in accordance with SEC Rules 10b5-1 and 10b-18. Our investment bankers are well suited to advise on the corporate finance aspects of a transaction, and we have access and relationships with numerous selling networks and execution platforms for nimble and discrete execution.
