Griffin Financial Group Promotes Three Professionals
VALLEY FORGE, PA, January 8, 2025 – Griffin Financial Group has promoted Thomas A. Hill to Senior Managing Director, Stephen J. Meehan to Director and Christopher P. Adams to Senior Associate.
For more than a decade with Griffin, Mr. Hill has provided sell-side M&A and capital raise advisory services to middle-market businesses throughout the U.S. He has extensive transactional experience across more than 60 client engagements with a focus on assisting privately held companies in the services and technology sectors who are seeking liquidity or partnership with institutional capital investors for their next phase of growth, or both.
Mr. Hill is a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses and earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
Mr. Meehan advises family and founder-owned businesses across a variety of industries in M&A and capital raise transactions with publicly traded, privately held and private equity buyers. He has extensive experience managing the execution of all phases of sell-side M&A, complex capital raise and special situation transactions. Prior to joining Griffin, he assisted with client engagement and deal execution initiatives at KeyBanc Capital Markets and led strategic insight efforts at Beneficial Bank, which is now part of WSFS.
Mr. Meehan holds FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses and earned his MBA, summa cum laude, and B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
Mr. Adams has worked extensively with Griffin’s financial institutions clients and also has assisted other industry practice groups. He has worked on all aspects of M&A and capital raising transactions, helping clients to find liquidity and capital partners to achieve their goals. He previously worked in financial advisor and wealth management programs at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Adams is a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds FINRA Series 79, Series 63 and Series 7 licenses and earned his B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
