For more than a decade with Griffin, Thomas Hill has provided sell-side M&A and capital raise advisory services to middle-market businesses throughout the United States. He has extensive transactional experience across more than 60 client engagements with a focus on assisting privately-held companies in the Services and Technology sectors who are seeking liquidity, partnership for their next phase of growth, or both. Common transactions include recapitalizations with private equity and sales to strategic buyers or private equity. He is also experienced with structuring and sourcing senior and junior capital from banks and institutional funds. Thomas is committed to deep, senior level involvement in all stages of a transaction process from pre-engagement consulting through final closing and works closely with clients and counterparties to manage deal execution. Thomas is an active participant with several non-profit, industry, and trade organizations and has been a frequent panelist and committee member.
