Mitch Fenimore provides placement agent and secondary advisory services as part of Griffin’s Private Equity Group. Mitch focuses on origination and distribution of private equity funds and secondary opportunities in the U.S. and Europe. Mitch maintains extensive relationships with general partners and institutional limited partners, including pension funds, family offices, asset managers, advisors, fund of funds and other private equity investors.

Prior to joining Griffin, Mitch was a partner in an international capital advisory firm where he managed capital-raising efforts for U.S. private equity funds. In this capacity, he also provided merger and acquisition advisory services to numerous companies and assisted them in locating funding sources, determining ideal capital structures and negotiating transactions. Mitch began his career as an associate consultant with Coopers & Lybrand and held management positions in corporate development and strategy with The Franklin Mint.
