Glenn leads Griffin’s Real Estate, Health Care and Special Situations Groups. He assists clients in special situations with transactional solutions to financial, operational or liquidity challenges. Glenn’s transactional expertise includes M&A advisory, complex restructurings and recapitalizations, refinancings and capital raises for senior, second lien and subordinated debt. He has led and completed over 50 transactional assignments both inside and outside of Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

Prior to joining Griffin, Glenn co-founded and served as President of RHB Acquisition LLC, a direct private investment company. He also was a Partner and Director at SSG Capital Advisors, L.P., where he led execution teams in over 30 deals including sell side M&A, senior and subordinated debt raises, MBOs, complex restructurings in and outside of Chapter 11 and valuations.

Glenn has published articles in the ABF Journal and the Journal of Corporate Renewal.
