Stacey Weikel has over 25 years of banking experience, including investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, forecasting and financial analysis, asset/liability management, treasury and retail banking. She has extensive experience in financial modeling, forecasting and capital planning.

Prior to joining Griffin, Stacey was the Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at Sovereign Bancorp, Inc. In that capacity, she developed, directed and executed all aspects of Sovereign’s investor relations program. In addition, she evaluated all potential merger and acquisition targets and prepared strategic analysis and presentations for the Board of Directors. While at Sovereign, Stacey was instrumental in the consummation of over 10 acquisitions, totaling more than $30 billion in assets and participated in over $4 billion of debt and equity offerings.
