Patrick Wood provides investment banking services to commercial and industrial clients. His experience includes merger and acquisition advisory services and strategic and capital planning. Patrick is also responsible for business development for The Stevens & Lee Companies in the central Pennsylvania market.

Prior to joining Griffin, Patrick held several positions for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, both in the Audit and Transaction Services groups. He assisted in over 50 audits, one initial public offering and two proposed initial public offerings and presented transaction services engagements nationwide for companies with sales as high as $5 billion.

Patrick was also a Senior Asset Controller for The Walt Disney Company-Disneyland, where he managed a team that developed a system and business processes to track, assess and plan a $3 billion fixed asset portfolio. He previously served as a Senior Project Controller and a Senior Financial Analyst.
