VALLEY FORGE/HARRISBURG, PA, March 17, 2021 – Griffin Financial Group’s John A. Lee, Senior Managing Director, and R. Patrick Wood, Senior Vice President, presented at The High Family Business Center’s Speaker Series on March 17, 2021.
Mr. Lee and Mr. Wood co-presented “How to Improve My Company’s Value: Run It Like You’re Going To Sell It (Even If You’re Not).” The speakers focused on exploring a range of strategies and approaches to increasing shareholder value, including improving business management practices, understanding short-term and long-term value drivers, focusing on cash flow streams and examining the value creation playbooks used by private equity firms.
Mr. Lee leads Griffin’s Commercial, Industrial and Services Group. He has 25 years of experience providing merger and acquisition advisory services, private placements of debt and equity capital and management buyout advisory services for middle market companies in a wide range of industries. His experience includes sourcing, initiating or managing numerous investment banking transactions for middle market business and government services, consumer and industrial manufacturing, distribution and technology companies.
Mr. Wood provides investment banking services to commercial and industrial clients. His experience includes merger and acquisition advisory services and strategic and capital planning.
