He provides a range of guidance for investment opportunities, liquidity solutions and mergers and acquisitions strategies. He focuses on M&A, capital raise, restructuring, and valuation solutions for lower-middle market businesses with a focus on infrastructure and services.
Prior to joining Griffin, Jeff worked on the Corporate M&A team at Aramsco, a PE-backed provider of restoration and safety solutions.
