READING, PA, July 19 – Thomas A. Hill, Managing Director at Griffin Financial Group, has been recognized by the M&A Advisor as an “Emerging Leader,” a distinction that is awarded to those who have demonstrated notable career achievements and contributions to their industry while still under the age of 40.
The M&A Advisor, which has been recognizing achievement, providing thought leadership and connecting the finance and investment professionals, will honor “Emerging Leaders” at The 13th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards. Finalists were selected from among hundreds of entries by a panel of independent judges.
For more than a decade with Griffin, Mr. Hill has worked primarily in the Commercial, Industrial and Services Group and the Special Situations Group. He has extensive transactional experience across more than 50 client engagements within a spectrum of industries primarily providing sell-side M&A and capital raise advisory services. Mr. Hill works closely with clients and counterparties to manage the execution of all phases of a transaction process, from initial due diligence through final closing.
Prior to joining Griffin, Mr. Hill was a consultant to foreign companies seeking access to U.S. capital markets.
