PHILADELPHIA, PA, August 19, 2025 – Griffin Financial Group, a lower middle-market investment bank, announced today that Chad Gardiner has joined the firm.

Chad Gardiner has over 20 years of experience assisting clients in the business and professional services industries in raising capital and executing strategic transactions.
