Griffin Financial Group Promotes Three Professionals

VALLEY FORGE, PA, January 4, 2023 – Griffin Financial Group has promoted Danielle J. Kauffman and Andrew D. Rudner to Vice President and Jeff R. Tallman to Senior Associate.

Ms. Kauffman is a member of the firm’s Insurance Group and focuses on advising clients in connection with merger and acquisition (buy-side and sell-side), recapitalization, capital raising, and insurance demutualization transactions.

Before joining Griffin, Ms. Kauffman assisted clients with a range of business valuation and transaction advisory services. She also supported institutional banking efforts, particularly in the areas of Healthcare and Public Finance.

Ms. Kauffman holds earned her M.B.A. from Villanova University and her B.S., with highest distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Rudner advises clients in Griffin’s generalist investment banking teams, which includes Commercial, Industrial and Services (CIS), Special Situations (SSG), Real Estate, Technology, and Consumer Groups.  Mr. Rudner has provided strategic advice to clients on numerous deals and provided in-depth industry coverage of aggregates and construction materials industries.    Prior to joining Griffin, he assisted a range of M&A activities ranging from reporting to executive leaders, investors and fund managers on potential M&A and financing opportunities, analyzing acquisitions and post-merger integration planning.

Mr. Rudner earned his M.B.A. and B.S. from Villanova University.

Like Mr. Rudner, Mr. Tallman also advises clients in Griffin’s CIS, SSG, Real Estate, Technology, and Consumer Groups. Prior to joining Griffin, Mr. Tallman worked in corporate and strategic development analyzing all aspects of M&A deal flow for a strategic acquiror. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions analysis and capital raising and has experience in business valuation, risk assessment, financial analysis, budgeting and various financial reporting and due diligence.

Mr. Tallman earned his M.B.A. form the University of Iowa and B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University.
