KING OF PRUSSIA, PA, October 19, 2021 – Griffin Financial Group announced today that Alan Grover has re-joined the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Raising Groups.
Mr. Grover has a wide range of investment banking and financial accounting experience in the financial services sector, and is returning to the firm to assist community banks with mergers, capital raising and other strategic planning efforts.
He brings more than 25 years of business, financial and capital markets experience in helping management teams and boards understand, evaluate and execute strategic transactions. Alan understands the strategic and operational issues that bank owners and operators face, and has significant experience with banking regulations, financial reporting requirements, financial modelling, and securities rules.
Mr. Grover’s prior experience also includes more than 13 years as an auditor with Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for leading audit engagement teams and maintaining client relationships with financial institutions, specialty lenders and investment managers throughout the Mid-Atlantic area.
Mr. Grover is a Pennsylvania licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds FINRA Series 79, 63 and 62 licenses.
