Griffin Financial Group’s representation of ZEKS Air Drier Corporation marks the fifteenth transaction Griffin has announced or closed year-to-date.

Griffin represented ZEKS, also known as ZEKS Compressed Air Solutions, in its sale to the Ingersoll Rand Company Limited (NYSE: IR). Located in West Chester, PA, ZEKS develops and manufactures a complete line of compressed air treatment products, including air dryers, filters and system controllers, which maximize the productivity and reliability of compressed air systems. Sold through dozens of distributors, primarily in the U.S. and Canada, ZEKS products are used for diverse industrial and manufacturing applications in a range of industries. ZEKS will operate as part of Ingersoll Rand Air Solutions, a business unit of Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial Technologies Sector. Ingersoll Rand is a leading diversified industrial company providing products, services and integrated solutions to industries ranging from transportation and manufacturing to food retailing, construction and agriculture.
