Josh has extensive experience advising middle-market businesses across the full transaction lifecycle, including strategic positioning, valuation, buyer outreach, negotiation and closing.
He partners closely with business owners and management teams from initial preparation through transaction completion, leading due diligence, financial modeling and overall process execution. Josh is focused on delivering outcomes aligned with each client’s strategic and financial objectives. His experience spans mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, corporate divestitures and the evaluation of strategic alternatives.
He has worked across a range of industries, with particular experience in business services, consumer, technology and industrials.
Prior to joining Griffin, Josh led sell-side engagements at Capstone Partners, an independent middle-market investment bank. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Analyst at Firepower Capital.
