READING, PA, June 20, 2024 – Danielle J. Knudsen, Vice President with Griffin Financial Group, has been recognized byThe M&A Advisor as an “Emerging Leader,” a distinction awarded to those who have demonstrated notable career achievements and contributions to their industry while still under the age of 40.
Ms. Knudsen is recognized as a transactional strategist who guides local, regional and national companies with capital raises, recapitalizations, sales and acquisitions that are often once-in-a-lifetime events for businesses. The M&A Advisor will award honorees at its 2024 Leadership in Dealmaking Summit on Sept. 23-24 in New York City. Honorees were selected from among hundreds of entries by a panel of independent judges.
Ms. Knudsen focuses on transaction advisory and related modeling in connection with merger and acquisition (buy-side and sell-side), recapitalization and insurance demutualization transactions. She has niche expertise in the insurance services industry – an ever-evolving space with unique regulatory challenges.
Ms. Knudsen previously worked at RKL, LLC as a Senior Consultant in the Business Valuation and Transaction Advisory Services Team. She also worked as an Associate in the Public Finance Capital Markets Group with PNC Capital Markets and as a Corporate Banking Senior Associate in Healthcare/Public Finance with PNC Financial Services.
