Kevin has more than a decade of experience in advising clients on sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital raising transactions. Clients rely on his strategic advice, negotiating skill, due diligence, industry and company research, and operational and valuation models to assist with their key acquisitions, capital raising goals or sales of a business.
Prior to joining Griffin Financial Group, Kevin was an Investment Banking Associate with Janney Montgomery Scott and advised on sell-side M&A deals within consumer, diversified industrials, business services and healthcare sectors. He also held roles as a financial analysis and valuations consultant at CFGI, Senior Accountant at AmeriHealth Administrators and Senior Associate at Ernst & Young.
