Glenn assists clients in the real estate sector with transactional solutions as a result of financial, operational or liquidity challenges. Glenn’s transactional expertise includes over 35 years of experience advising public and private commercial real estate clients in large-scale, geographically diverse, multi-sector real estate operations in a wide range of strategic and corporate real estate matters. These matters include M&A advisory, complex restructurings and recapitalizations, refinancings and capital raises.

Prior to joining Griffin, Glenn was co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of a publicly traded REIT focused on financial institutions. Glenn was responsible for the company’s asset growth through acquisitions, asset management and leasing and grew the portfolio to over 1,500 properties in 32 states with approximately 44 million square feet. He assisted in the capital growth from a $120 million private equity in 1998 to approaching $1.9 billion in public capital in 2005 and subsequently sold the company in April of 2008.
